The Structures and Building Maintenance division within an established Civil Engineering contractor has an opening for a Quantity Surveyor to join its expanding business.
The overall purpose of the role will be to contribute to the profitability of the business through the provision of a professional quantity surveying service managing all costs and value relating to the work of the structures and maintenance team.
Suitable candidates will have a Degree inQuantity Surveying, a minimum of 5 years Quantity Surveying Experience, preferably within Civil Engineeringor Construction, be able to demonstrate a strong market knowledge and technically competence in the industry disciplines, and be experience within NEI,JCT and ICE Contracts.
The role will suit someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, has experience of working under pressure, has excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise.
