About the Company
This company is a medium sized multi disciplinary construction consultancy in Surrey that is looking to take on board a recently chartered Project Surveyor. They have been in business for just under 20 years undertaking Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Building Surveying and Bank Monitoring works for leading clients and have an excellent reputation.
About the opportunity:
You will be working as a Cost Manager but with the scope to work on bank monitoring projects and in a Project Management capacity. They work on a wide range of projects that comprise include large car show rooms, commercial offices, large mix used schemes and high rise tower projects in London and multi million pound residential.
Requirements:
BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor
Need to be able to handle most aspect of Quantity Surveying but with support of the Associate or Partner.
Confident and client facing.
