Regional Surveyor
A Regional Surveyor is required to join a noted privately owned contractor in the South West Region.
My client have an excellent reputation for quality and delivery, the region is experiencing considerable growth after winning a number key projects within the region and are looking to source an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to operate within the South West region.
Main Function
- Responsible for all project commercial activities within the region and certain defined pre-contract commercial responsibilities.
- Works as part of the core management team based in the South West Region
- Responsible for bid management and success.
- Support business development and marketing the business, to maintain relationships with current clients
Key Experience
- Experience in main contract forms, specifically NEC and JCT
- Experience in working in both private and public sectors, including health
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a similar role at Management level
- Holding the relevant professional qualifications with professional institute membership
- CSCS card
Full Driving License
It is imperative that all applicants have a proven track record of managing an NEC & JCT form of contract which is likely to have been gained whilst working for a UK main contractor
