The responsibilities of the role include DDA reports, specification preparation, procurement and financial management, planning, pre and post contract construction services, property care and maintenance, works progress and quality management.

- MRICS status
- Project Management
- Commercial and Industrial project experience
- Contract Administration
- Full UK driving licence
The ideal candidate will also have the ability to manage a small team and the enthusiasm to get involved with Business Development.
