Senior Cladding Project/Package Manager - Contractor - Central London
An established, successful contractor undertaking a number of complex and high quality schemes within central London look to appoint a Senior Project/Package Manager to work on a prestigious, 40 storey high-rise mixed-use scheme overseeing the design, procurement and construction delivery of the cladding system.
Reporting to the Construction Director you will be responsible for driving the design and technical team, procuring the contractors and managing the curtain wall package through to completion. The scheme will be using a unitised high quality curtain wall system. The project is still in the design development stage so you will be involved from the very start.
You are comfortable working at design stage collaborating with architects and consultants and have a detailed approach and focussed attitude to delivery of construction projects. You can demonstrate a long track record of working with tall structures and high performance cladding. You have excellent project management skills and experience working on both residential or commercial development projects.
