We are looking for a Planner to prepare construction programmes for new build projects from £5mill to £30mill in value across the healthcare, education and commercial sectors.
Our client is experiencing increasing success in securing major projects from universities, NHS Trusts and private clients seeking new build office premises and it is this planned expansion which has enabled them to enlarge their existing team.
Reporting to the Regional MD, you will be given full autonomy in your role so the position will be best suited to an individual with ten or more relevant years experience with a main contractor who can undertake the planning function on major, turnkey projects with the minimum of supervision.
The ideal candidate will live within daily travelling of Stowmarket as the role is office based; you should also be completely familiar with ASTA Powerproject.
