Senior Project Manager-Corporate and Commercial
The company
Our client is one of the United Kingdom’s leading Built Environment Consultancies with an unrivalled reputation for delivering some of the most challenging and complex projects of recent years. They are typically involved throughout the whole project life-cycle from inception, business case and feasibility through to final delivery.
They employ a mix of multi-disciplinary staff with a range of skills and knowledge, deployed to realise effective management and control of projects. Working closely as a project team they focus their efforts on getting the best out their people in order to best benefit the client.
The Position.
Due to an increase in work load within their Corporate and Commercial division they are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager with extensive experience delivering projects for high profile Corporate End User clients.
The Person.
In order to be considered for this position you must:
Have worked directly for either, a major developer, client or a leading Project Management Consultancy.
Have worked on commercial developments valued at £15,000000 or above.
Be capable of working autonomously within predefined parameters.
Have experience working for high profile city clients.
Be qualified to degree level or above either in Project Management or Construction Management or a similar subject.
