Senior Project Manager - Consultancy
About the company:
This regional consultancy has 40 years experience of delivering Cost Management, Project Management, Employers agent, Building Surveying, and CDM on a range of private and public sector projects. Their London office is now looking for a Senior Project Manager who has ideally come from a Quantity Surveying or Building Surveying background to work on private sector commercial developer projects in central London.
About the role
As the Project Manager you will be working a range of private development, new build and refurbishment projects within the commercial, retail, leisure, and residential sectors, and you will be responsible for the entire project be reporting only to the Director. You will, however, need to be client facing, have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as being able to build and develop existing client relationships.
This is a senior vacancy within the company with the idea if the successful candidate taking a key position within the company, and as a result there will be very good career development for the right person.
Key requirements are:
- 10 years plus experience working as a Project Manager in a Consultancy environment
- Quantity Surveyor or Building Surveyor background is a preference
- Good team worker and client facing ability
- MAPM or MRICS and BSc Degree is a preference
- Commercial project experience
- Ambitious, assertive, and client focused
Salary and Benefits
£50,000 - £55,000
