Our client a leading Construction Consultancy has a requirement for a Senior Management Consultant to work within their thriving Healthcare team in Leeds. You will work as part of a property, estate and project management professional team managing a range of property and strategic estates related management services to healthcare clients.

The business offers a wide range of services including; estates optimisation, organisational efficiency, transformation and change management, corporate estate management, facilities management, healthcare and clinical planning, governance, scrutiny and assurance reviews, technical compliance, procurement and commercial advice, equipment procurement, sustainability, risk and value management, quality assurance and cost and schedule management.

In addition your responsibilities will include:

• Contributing to the business plan through fee earning to set annual targets set.
• Manage the surveying, collecting and updating of various disparate information that allows for the accurate reporting of financial, statistical and other evaluations.
• Manage the organisation and updating of relevant data using database applications.
• Analyse and interpret financial and other estates based information that forms the basis of output reports.
• Manage the selection and appointment of professional parties for their Clients.
• Ensure final scheme quality of projects delivered to time and profit.
• Implementation and provision of high quality consultancy advice and estate solutions.
• Communicate and provide customer focused high quality services to all Clients.
• Manage and contribute to the team ethos to ensure expertise, knowledge and new services are promoted to all clients
• Arrange and participate in client meetings, conferences and other project team activities.
• Prepare leases, licences, space planning, property surveys, feasibility studies, estate management, disposal and acquisitions, terrier management, option appraisals, rent reviews, etc, in connection with proposed and approved developments.
• Produce client’s estates strategies and property management monitoring procedures in accordance with Estatecode, SFI’s and other NHS or Clients recommendations.
• Manage the planning and delivery of selected property transactions, to ensure that schemes are delivered to exceed client’s expectations and are completed on time and within budget.
• Line management of consultants within the property and project team
• Attend training to develop and build on knowledge and professional skills.

Requirements:

• Educated to degree level in a Quantity Surveying, Project Management or Estate Management qualification
• Corporate member of a relevant chartered institution,
• Significant post qualifications experience in a commercial property organisation and the NHS.
• Managing property transactions including leases, licences, disposals and acquisitions, rent reviews and public sector property transfers.
