Senior Project Manager/ Quantity Surveyor - London x2
The Position:
Senior Project Manager/ Quantity Surveyor, to manage 4 large commercial development projects.
The position is with a leading consultancy who are working on behalf of the largest central London focused Real Estate Investment Trust with an investment portfolio of nearly £2Bn.
You will be managing the commercial, cost and delivery aspects of some extremely high profile landmark locations in central London which are being upgraded or redeveloped.
Skills and Experience Required:
·Experience as Project/ Cost Manager on major commercial projects.
·Ideally PM with QS background but not essential.
·Experience of large master plan projects.
·Ability to work under own management.
·MRICS, MAPM - both ideal, but not essential.
