Role Description
My client is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a proven home building background to manage multiple sites of up to 150 units each. You will be leading a team of Quantity Surveyors that will be focused on several new sites across the Surrey region offering commercial support and advice whilst having day to day team management responsibilities.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced operator who is looking to be fast tracked to the level of commercial manager due to the potential rapid growth of my client.
Benefits Package
£40,000 - £45,000 + Car or Car allowance
