A multi-faceted main contractor, established since 1982, specialising in construction, interiors and refurbishment in London and the South East are looking for 2 Site Managers for projects valued around £1m.
They have a strong order book for 2012, with framework agreements with Museums, Public Sector and the Emergency Services as well as Commercial clients, and are therefore looking to add to their existing team.
The role would suit Site Managers, who can demonstrate a proven track record of running their own projects from start until handover, have solid all round building experience, preferably have a good trade and professional qualification, and have a good eye for a finish.
Candidates must have First Aid, SMSTS and a CSCS card.
