A Qualified BREEAM Assessor is required to join our clients highly successful, award winning BREEAM team. The successful candidate will provide a quality driven BREEAM assessment and advisory service to key clients. They will work collaboratively with design teams to ensure that agreed BREEAM targets are met whilst maintaining a professional independent assessment role.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Producing BREEAM Pre assessments, Design Stage assessments and Post Contract assessments to a high level of quality
Providing clients with good early advice to ensure appropriate credits are committed to and the implications and actions understood by all relevant parties
Monitoring credits achieved on an ongoing basis to ensure that targeted credits are achieved.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
The ideal candidate will, as a minimum:
be fully licensed on at least one BREEAM scheme and have completed at least five design stage assessments.
- have a good deal of BREEAM assessment experience
- be a BREEAM registered Approved Professional
- have a full driving licence and access to a car
- be available full time or a minimum of 30 hours per week
- have a good knowledge of construction methods and the building design process.
- be numerate and articulate with an excellent command of English and must be proficient users of Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
- Have a personal interest in sustainability issues.
