Building Services Estimator - North West
On a Permanent or Contract basis to add to a busy expanding team.
Salary:- £40,000 - £50,000 + Package [Dependent on experience]
£300 per day flat rate
Role Description:
Day to day tasks can include:-
• Preparing multi-discipline tenders for the Building Services & Utilities Industries
• The timely completion of multiple concurrent tenders, including Framework tenders.
• Read and understand client specifications and drawings.
• Attend internal and external review and progress meetings.
• Attend site visits/meetings.
• Understand and complete contract documentation for submissions.
• Co-ordinate and liaise with suppliers, specialist sub-contractors and in-house resources.
• Compile and collate final submission documentation and data sheets etc. for inclusion into tenders.
Required Experience:
You must have experience in Estimating from the building services sector, Ideal linked to the utilities but Commercial and Industrial is a minimum background requirement.
Also a qualification is required to support your work, either HNC / HND or Degree.
