About the Role:
They are currently looking for a Commercial Manager to be based from their Libya office.
The project is the development of a sea front site near Tripoli in Libya. The mixed use development includes a five star, 300 room resort style hotel with a conference centre and health club, villas, apartments amenities, and a retail centre.
Job Specification:
As the Commercial Manager you will be responsible for, and need to have a demonstrable background in the following: Pre and Post Contract skills, FIDIC, Cost +, Managing a team of 8 QS, Client facing, reporting skills, setting up cost reporting procedures, willing to relocate, MRICS (is a must), Value Engineering, Risk Management, Major Project experience, Mixed use experience, mainly consultancy background, tender document preparation, and Claims experience.
