Our client is a Civil Structural Consulting Engineering Practice with offices throughout the U.K. They currently employ 160 people and are experiencing growth of 10% year on year.
There is an opportunity for a fee earning Structural Director to join the Manchester design team. The ideal candidate will be strong technically with a solid consultancy background and a proven track record in winning and delivering Structural Engineering schemes. Ideally you will have a strong portfolio of connections in the North West or U.K wide.
You will be responsible for business development, managing the design process and bringing in additional resources as and when required. The right person will receive the full support of the existing senior team, a structured career path, above average remuneration, plus benefits package and bonus scheme.
