COMPANY INFORMATION:
To be based out of Darlington until March 2010 with day trips to Faslane.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The engineers will be working on engineering design substantiation documentation. The design is complete and the kit installed, the Engineers in place have produced engineering substantiation documents and have many queries/comments.
These roles are to provide assistance in answering these queries. The engineers need to get up to speed with the design very quickly, and then be able to respond to comments and assist in providing solutions to operational issues etc. Addressing comments on design substantiation documentation. Experience of design documentation essential.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
HNC Minimum
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Essential – MUST be familiar with high voltage (HV) systems. Experience of high and medium voltage switchgear desirable but not essential, C+I engineers will be considered.
Desirable - MOD dockyard experience is ideal but not essential. Nuclear experience desirable but not essential. But must be familiar with the review and production/modification of design deliverables.
