About the Company:
This company is a well respected national construction consultancy offering Quantity Surveying, Employers Agent, Project Management and CDM. They have a wide range of commission giving them expertise in both local and central government projects as well as in the private sector.
About the Role:
They are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on local authority projects in and around the area. You will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor in all areas of local authority works along with experience within social housing or similar housing projects. You will need to be chartered by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and be client facing and dedicated to getting the job done.
Requirements:
Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor
BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Be at a senior Quantity Surveyor level able to handle all aspect of works carried out without supervision and experience of leading a team with more junior staff.
Local Authority experience with a bias toward social housing
Worked in a private practice / consultancy environment
