A role has opened for a Head of Building Services with a major multi-disciplinary consultants to run and develop 2 offices in the Southern Home Counties. Due to the strategic nature of the position only the following details can be revealed at present; * The role will oversee Mechanical, Electrical and Lift Engineering. * Work is predominantly in the public sector (health, housing, education, local government), but also includes commercial and retail sectors * To grow a team from 20 staff currently The chosen candidate will be a chartered, qualified Building Services engineer with experience of managing and developing a team and a client base in unison.
Candidates will need to be able to exhibit their skills in client account management and commercial/profitability management. Furthermore, as head of the department, candidates will be technically excellent. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a major consultants growth plans.
