An immediate requirement has arisen for a Mechanical Site Manager to work for a specialist M&E Contractor. They are involved in the design and installation of HVAC, mechanical and electrical building services and they work predominantly within the food, pharmaceutical, healthcare and process industries.
You will be employed initially on contract as a Site Manager in charge of half a dozen sites across the North West and will be responsible for ensuring the work is being carried out to the correct specification, on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate will be from a mechanical background with site management experience with good sub-contractor management skills. Project experience in a process environment would be beneficial.
