I am recruiting for A Shift Manager to work at Lynemouth Power Station.
You will be a degree qualified or equivalent in an engineering discipline minimum HNC with man management and Power Station Ops or Maintenance experience.
You will be capable of becoming a Senior Authorised Person (Electrical) and IOSH certified.
The ideal candidate must be capable of working under pressure, making decisions and must also adhere to all safety directives and rules as well as interacting with staff from Director to Operator level.
Knowledge of electrical HV Systems would be a distinct advantage
You, along with the other Shift Managers will be responsible for the safe & efficient operation of the Power Station and will manage the Power Station during silent hours and weekends.
The salary is circa 50,000 + shift allowance, Company pension scheme, STIP bonus, medical cover and relocation package if applicable
