Our client is a key social housing provider based in Central London and they are currently looking to fill a Project Surveyor vacancy.
The post will be working on delivering the major works and decent homes projects working alongside the Project Managers teams. Candidates must have experience of carrying out contract administration and site supervision of contracts on social housing particularly dealing with the Decent Homes Standard.
You will be carrying out surveys and preparing specifications and contract documents for the external and internal refurbishments of social housing buildings.
Candidates should have a minimum of two years project management experience using these skills in the delivery of maintenance projects and programmes of work.
A relevant building qualification or professional membership of a relevant institute would be beneficial but is not essential.
