JOB TITLE: Senior Commercial/Cost Engineer
LOCATION: Seoul, South Korea

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:
As the demand for our expertise continues to grow, an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Commercial /Cost Engineer to provide support to our client's new nuclear build project team in Seoul, South Korea on a 2 year assignment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provision of cost and contract management advice and assistance to the Architect Engineer project team for a Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) project in the UAE
• Review and provide support to the planning, development and operation of the project cost management system, including:
•
o Project budget control system
o Actual cost collection system
o Audit system for fixed rate and cost reimbursable work, etc
• Provide advice in allocating monthly payment to asset codes
• Support for the development of project budget control procedures
Consultation for resolution of special issues related to the work of the project Commercial team (cost and contract management)
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Significant experience of managing the commercial (cost and contract management) aspects of major projects, preferably NPP projects
• Experience in the Middle East would be an advantage
• Good written and verbal communication skills (in English) are required
• Proficiency in the use of MS Excel
