About the Company:
The company is a British based Construction Consultancy who have been established for over 100 years and have a network of global offices. They advice clients with Cost Management, Project Management and Asset Management, and due to several projects recently being awarded they are looking for a Senior MEP / M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their already successful team.
About the Role:
As the M&E and MEP Quantity Surveyor you will be working on a mixture of projects from high-rise towers and large scale infrastructure projects that include railway lines.
You will be responsible for all Cost Management and handle all M&E & MEP aspects of the projects. You will need to have previous Middle Eastern experience and be completely familiar with FIDIC forms of contract.

Job Specification:
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for, and need to have a demonstrable background in the following: Estimating and Post Contract skills, MEP / M&E FIDIC, Managing a team of 4 QS, Client facing role, reporting skills, MRICS.
