Senior Quantity Surveyor – PQS in Oman – Airport Project
About the Company:
This Company is a private Practice of Chartered Quantity Surveyors. They offer a range of commercial and project management consultancy services for the construction industry, and have built an excellent and reliable reputation. They are currently working on a large international airport in Oman and are now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor from a consulting background.
About the Role:
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be working on one of the largest Airport projects in the Middle East. You will be responsible for all Cost Management and Contractual duties and be the client’s main point of contact. You will need to be a highly experience within aviation projects, and it will be a strong advantage if you have previous Middle Eastern experience working with FIDIC forms of contract.
Job Specification:
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for, and need to have a demonstrable background in the following: Airport projects, Estimating and Post Contract skills, FIDIC, Managing a team of QS, Client facing role, reporting skills, MRICS.
