We have an immediate requirement for a Service Delivery Engineer to work with one of the Countries most successful Construction/Engineering Design Consultancies based in the North West
Job Role & Responsibilities
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation is carried out by the highways maintenance gangs.
• Manage the works program for Supervisors / Sub‐contractors.
• Development and implementation of safety, quality and environmental systems
• Co‐ordinate and provide Technical support from the network management team.
• Ensure effective utilisation of labour, plant and material to meet required programmes and emergency response.
• Monitor productivity through an established system and produce regular reports
• Ensure smooth running of emergency and support services.
• Report works progress to Service Delivery Manager
• Ensure compliance with training and development plans.
• Develop a training matrix
• Liaise with police, client staff, subcontractors, operatives and suppliers.
• Deliver continuous improvement and ensure customer care.
• Undertake any other duties as directed by the Network Manager
• Provision of KPI data and weekly and monthly reports for senior management
• Regular updating of all long term and short term plans.
• Any other systems that will require to be implemented or reports to be produced for the senior managers.
Essential Criteria
• HND/Degree in Engineering or extensive experience in highway maintenance.
• CITB Site Safety Management (or equivalent).
• Good Excel & Word skills.
• Excellent inter‐personal skills.
• Good organisational skills.
• Multi‐disciplined team player.
• Experience of programme and budget management. Desirable

• Ability to work effectively to tight deadlines.
