My client is responsible for the PPM & reactive maintenace to large coporate buildings in the Midlands area. They are looking to appoint an Asset Vertification Operative / Engineer to conduct on site surveyor of electrical and mechanical assets. You will work independantly and cover the whole of the London area. You will be offered an hourly rate for a fixed period of around 8 weeks (40hrs per wk). Candidates are required to have building maintenance experience, understand mechanical and electrical units, and have FM knowledge / understanding. You will also need access to your own transport - a mileage allowance will be offered to you as part of your weekly wage. An immediate start is also available to suitable candidates. My client is also looking to appoint an Asset Verification Engineer in the Midlands area for the same contract.
