Our client is a specialist in residential block management and now require an additional Property Manager for their team. They manage residential blocks across many parts of the Country and further growth in the business has led to this new requirement.
You will be managing a portfolio in the Brighton and South Coastal areas, the properties are varied and include small converted blocks to some much larger residential developments. Your main responsibility will be the effective day to day management of the portfolio including regular liaising with residents and contractors ensuring all works on site are deal with appropriately. You will also be tasked with service charge budgeting and ensuring compliance to health and safety on site.
