Our client is looking for a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential developments throughout the South East.
This is a new role which requires an experienced manager to oversee a portfolio of residential blocks that include some small conversions as well as larger residential developments. You will be responsible for carrying out regular site inspections across the portfolio, arranging for contractors to carry out works, dealing with service charge budgets, ensuring residents queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently and to generally ensure the smooth running of the portfolio.
We are looking for someone with residential block management experience and someone who is able to prioritise workloads and offer exceptional customer service at all times.
