We are looking for an experienced professional to lead and manage a team of residential property managers in the block management sector throughout the North of England.
Our client is a rapidly expanding property services provider with a reputation for offering industry leading customer care. They operate throughout the UK and due to further expansion in the business are looking to recruit a senior manager and team leader to their existing team. This is a new, varied and challenging role where you will be leading and managing a team of property managers. Scope and responsibilities of the role include some of the following:-
* Recruiting and managing a team
* Ensuring the highest levels of service to clients/residents across a growing portfolio
* Meeting staff on site to carry out site inspections
* Ensure latest legislation is fed down to team and understood
* Reviewing Health and Safety issues across portfolio
* Ensuring a consistent level of service against company standards
We are looking for an IRPM qualified manager who has excellent understanding of Block Management and someone who has the added experience of leading and managing a team. You will be very professional in your approach, pro-active and be able to prioritise workloads.
