A new vacancy has arisen for a residential block manager in the West Midlands. Our client is a growing and reputable firm focusing on the management of residential blocks of flats. Their portfolio extends to various parts of the West Midlands and now due to further growth they are looking to add to their team.
You will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential developments in the West Mids and your responsibilities will vary from setting service charge budgets to carrying out regular site inspections, arranging for works to be carried out and liaising with contractors.
Some experience with residential block management is required. An excellent salary/package is available to the successful candidate.
