Our client is a highly reputable managing agent who are focused on managing a luxury residential developments in Central London. They are now looking to recruit an experienced on-site Estate Manager to oversee the daily management of one large prestigious residential development in Central London. On a daily basis your role and responsibilities will include:-
- Dealing with day to day issues through liaison with residents
- Overseeing a team of on-site porters and concierge staff
- Ensuring that the property is safe and all health and safety regulations are adhered to
- Resolving issues through exceptional customer service
- Liaising with Director/Managing Agent on a regular basis
- Dealing with contractors and building related issues
This role would suit an individual with experience of managing a large residential development in Central London. It would be ideal for someone who is used to dealing with affluent and sometimes demanding residents and yet also has the technical skills to be able to understand problems relating to the fabric of the building and gardens.
