Due to the upturn in the residential market and the award of planning for major a new scheme they are seeking an experience project surveyor to take the lead on a major phase of one of their developments. The build is a mixture of refurbishment and new build. The refurbishment is 80 units and new build part is 90 units, in total £7 million build cost.
The ideal candidate must be confident in their ability, hold a minimum qualification of HNC in construction and you must have had exposure to Refurbishment projects with some residential experience.
