A home based property manager with block management experience is required in the Midlands region. Our client is a high quality service provider and manager of new build developments covering many parts of the UK. Due to consistent growth and expansion to their portfolio they have a new requirement for an experienced IRPM qualified property Manager.
You will be based from home managing a portfolio of between 20 and 30 residential schemes in the southern parts of the Midlands. On a daily basis you will be ensuring the smooth and effective management of this portfolio through frequent site visits, appointing and monitoring contractors, issuing service charge budgets, attending AGM\'s, dealing with health and safety matters on site and liaising with residents in regards to resolving a range of issues.
We are looking for a self motivated individual who can work from home and work well on their own. We require an IRPM qualified individual who has a professional and flexible approach.
The successful person can expect an excellent basic salary with a car and the equipment necessary for working from home such as phone, laptop and broadband connection.
