Due to continued growth we are now looking for a residential block manager with at least 12 months relevant industry experience. Our client is an established firm with a professional and ethical approach to property management. Continually looking to expand out client are keen on taking on more properties but ensuring the resources are in place to ensure best service is provided to clients.
Your role as Property Manager will be varied and challenging and will include some of the following.
* Regular site inspections
* Carrying out service charge budgets
* Liaising with contractors ensuring works carried out correctly
* Dealing with Health and Safety issues on site
* Arranging property insurance
* Dealing with some accounts issues and resolving problems where necessary
We are keen to hear from Property Managers who are keen to progress their career, someone who is highly presentable and someone who is a natural communicator at all levels.
