A new requirement has now arisen for a residential property/block manager. Our client is a highly professional managing agent with a growing London residential portfolio. They are now keen to add an additional Property Manager to their team.

You will be responsible for around 900 residential units ensuring the portfolio is managed to the highest standards. You will be carrying out regular inspections on site, service charge budgeting, section 20\'s, attending AGM\'s etc.

Our client is looking for someone who is pro-active and someone who is able to interact with people at all levels. Someone highly presentable, ambitions and hard working would fit into their existing team.
