A new position has been created by our client in order to oversee a growing portfolio of residential blocks in and around North London and North West London locations. This is additional growth where our client is looking to expand their team and take on additional business over the coming months.
This role is to oversee a small but growing portfolio where your responsibilities will include:-
* Overseeing a mix of residential developments including a block of over 150 units
* Dealing with day to day issues and resolving problems
* Ensuring health and safety adherence on site
* Carrying out service charge budgets
* Carrying out Section 20\'s
* Attending AGM\'s
This is a challenging and exciting role which requires someone with at least 4 years experience in residential block management. We are looking for someone presentable, a strong communicator and someone who is ambitious. The successful person can expect real opportunities for progression within this organisation.
