They are looking for an Estimator with experience of working on Local Authority schemes. The role: Tender Risk Appraisal, Tender Analysis, Detailed analytical comparisons, Achieving Best Value though pre tender negotations, preparing presentations for adjudications, Achieving Deadlines for Tender Submissions.
