Here are a few tips to follow to achieve the best results from your advert:
- Always state the full package, (include bonus, car, etc).
- Include a group of keywords within your description that Candidates may type in the search box.
- Make the Job Title sound appealing and relevant to what the candidate may be searching for.
- Use a short introduction about the role to allow the Candidate to quickly assess if it is suitable for them.
- Include a list of tasks that the successful applicant will be expected to undertake.
- Note which skills and qualifications are either necessary or advantageous.
- Mention if there is anything in particular for the candidate to include in their CV or Cover Note.
